This issue is reported on Windows 10 64bit RTM (Build 1507).

1. Run Windows Update and apply the latest updates.

2. Upgrade SR to version SR 21 or above: Step By Step guide to download and install Veritas System Recovery

3. Run 'Recovery Disk Creation Wizard' with option "Run as different user" - using domain admin account.

4. Run SRD creation wizard on the other machines that have OS version except Windows 10 64bit RTM (Build 1507).

5. Run SRD creation wizard with Advanced mode after applying ADK 10 (Build 1507).

Backup Exec System Recovery Disk (SRD) creation fails with 'ECA307D2' on Windows 10 64bit RTM (Build 1507). The issue happens with "Typical" mode as well as in "Advanced" with ADK 10 Build 1607 or later on Windows 10 64bit RTM (Build 1507).
