V-225-301 ERROR Failed to execute VC 11.0 runtime installer. Error code 2147944003.
FATAL ERROR: Internal Error 2203. C:\Windows\Installer\inprogressinstallinfo.ipi, -2147287037
Cause
Uninstallation / Installation fails with V-225-301 or Internal Error 2203 when a system variable "TMP" or "TEMP" has the invalid path.
Resolution
Solution 1 :
Please confirm whether TMP or TEMP has the valid path in System variables in addition to User variables. (See Fig 5)

Solution 2 :
While installing Remote Agent ensure that "VCRedist" folder is also copied along with the "RAWS32" or "RAWSx64" folders on the remote server.
