Description

Note: Existing backed up files will not be able to be deleted from System Recovery Console after the file and folder backup history is initialized.
  1. Stop the service  "Veritas System Recovery".
     
  2. Close System Recovery Console if opened
     
  3. Take the backup of Catalog.dat file present in the location
     
     - Veritas System Recovery 2013 R2
     C:\ProgramData\Symantec\FileBackup\
     
     - Veritas System Recovery 16
     C:\ProgramData\Veritas\FileBackup\
     
  4. Start the service  "Veritas System Recovery".
