In order to run Fixinstall.bat on System Recovery use the following steps:
1. Go to the root drive i.e C:
2. Open the Folder \Program Files\Veritas\Veritas System Recovery
3. Right-click Fixinstall.bat and "Run as Administrator", and right-click "Run"
4. Reboot the server to make the changes effective.
