- On the Map Network Drive dialog box, click this link.
- Provide valid credentials of the network location.
Issue/Introduction
After booting into a recovery disk in System Recovery, when you map a network drive in a recovery disk a “Kernel invalid” error is displayed. This issue is applicable for the following environments:
- Recovery disk created on machine Windows 10 Creators Update (Version 1703) or later.
- Recovery disk created using Assessment and Deployment Kit (ADK) 10 version 1703 or later.
