Backup sets are not visible for an Instant Recovery/Validate VM for Recovery job when the date range specified in the backup set selection is one day.

Resolution
To resolve this issue, when you specify the date filter range, select the dates in such a way that the date for which you want to view the backup set should be in between the dates specified. For example, if you want to view the backup set for 19th June, in the date filter select the lower date as 18th June and the upper date as 20th June.
Issue/Introduction
When you create a Recover VM job (Instant Recovery) or Validate VM job, the backup sets are not displayed if the given range for the date filter is one day or less.
