Error Message

V-79-57344-33967 - The backup selection 'SharePoint - Sharepoint - 80\Content-DB 1 (SQLSVR\WSS_Content_1)' was not successfully processed for Granular Recovery Technology (GRT). The Database Recovery failed with Error 'UNKNOWN ERROR'. You will not be able to restore individual items for this backup selection

For disk backup, looking at a debug log for the Backup Exec Server Agent for Windows shows errors related to FsWorkItem but no other errors:

hotfix is now available for this issue in the current version of the product mentioned in this article. Refer to the Hotfix link under Related Articles to obtain the hotfix needed to resolve the issue.

Workaround
Perform Sharepoint backups with GRT disabled.  If restores of granular items are required from non-GRT backups, use Related Article 000017640. 

Sharepoint content database GRT backup or GRT catalog may fail with error:
