Resolution

This is by design.
The "Full Copy" option for SQL or Exchange databases exist so that a database backup can be run at any time in addition to the normal backup strategy without interfering with the normal backup strategy (Full / Incremental / Differential /Logs) of that database.

To duplicate a "Full Copy" database source job. please configure the duplicate job via the "Selected backups" option and then specify the name of your "Full Copy" backup job, which can be customized  (example "My database copy job")
