DLOAgent.zip file used for upgrading the Desktop Agents to the latest version using Web Restore is empty in the DLO Server Install path.

To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:

Steps to replace the DLOAgent.zip with the updated package:

1. Browse to DLOAgent folder inside the DLO Server Install path
   For Example: C:\Program Files\Veritas\Veritas DLO\DLOAgent

2. Delete the DLOAgent.zip file present in the DLOAgent folder if the DLOAgent.zip is of size 1KB

3. Browse to the DLO Server Install path
    For Example: C:\Program Files\Veritas\Veritas DLO in case of default path

4. Identify the DLOAgent folder in the install path. Right click on the DLOAgent folder, and select [Send to] -> [Compressed (Zipped) folder] (See Fig.1)

5. DLOAgent.zip file will be generated in the DLO Install path.

6. Copy the DLOAgent.zip folder inside the DLOAgent folder
    For Example: Copy the DLOAgent.zip to the path C:\Program Files\Veritas\Veritas DLO\DLOAgent

7. Once the DLOAgent.zip is replaced inside the DLOAgent folder, then users can download the
package from Web Restore UI by providing the credentials.

Note: If the BOI Certificate is pushed after the above process is completed or at later stages,
then the above steps have to be performed once again.

Issue/Introduction

The DLOAgent.zip is seen as 1 Kb instead of the actual size which is approximately around 130 MB.
DLOAgent.zip file is used to upgrade the clients by downloading the package from Web Restore UI (User Interface), in
case the Desktop Agent is outside the corporate network and working in BOI (Backup Over Internet) mode.
