Cause
Check the existence of a Global Exclusion that has been manually added to the DLO Admin Console for a Drive letter such as D:\*.*.
Please Note: Any drive letter exclude will cause the MAC Agent to exclude all files and folders from backup.
Resolution
Any Drive letter exclusion that is added as a Global Exclusion will prevent any files from being backed up by the MAC Agent.
Delete any Global Exclusion for Drive letters.
If there are drive letters that need to be excluded from Windows computer backups add those drive letter exclusions to the Profile that is being used by Windows computer and do not use those Profiles for MAC computers.
Issue/Introduction
The DLO MAC Agent appears to be working properly yet it is not backing up any files.
The DLO Agent on the MAC will show "Your files are protected", "Working online", but 0 bytes backed up to Local and Network.
When reviewing the Backup Selections it will show that Backup Selections do exist yet nothing is being backed up.
