Task failed: Error ECA307D2: Failed to open (mount or apply) the WIM file in the Veritas System Recovery Disk modification staging area. The Microsoft platform code is %1.

Cause

Microsoft ADK fails to mount the WIM file.

Resolution

Create the multilingual Veritas System Recovery Disk using ADK on your computer and then boot into Surface Pro 4.
OR
Create the Veritas System Recovery Disk using ADK only on Surface Pro 4 English version.
