The file EdgeServer.ini may not have the external IP address of the DLO Edge Server.
Common Issues:
I/O Server communication failure. DLO Diagnostics displays an error for the Edge Server or IO Server.
Make sure that the IO Server does not have space in it.

Resolution
When the DLO Edge Server is installed, the file called EdgeServer.ini file is created and updated with IP Address of the server that it is installed on. When Clients are installed, the EdgeServer.ini file is pushed to the client.
If the Edge Server that was installed was not yet on the external network the EdgeServer.ini file may contain the incorrect IP address of the Edge Server.

Issue/Introduction
DLO Clients are in a BOI enabled Profile, but when they are off the corporate network they do not connect to the DLO Server.
The DLO Agent will display the notification in the lower right-hand corner "Working offline".
