Outlook Mail PST files not being backed up with DLO client and stays in 'Pending local'

Cause
This has been observed when Sophos File and\or Full Disk Encryption is enabled for the folder where the PST files are stored.
Resolution
It is recommended that Sophos Encryption is disabled for these files\folders, to allow PST backups to complete.
Issue/Introduction
Issues have been seen with Outlook Mail PST files not being backed up and staying in 'Pending Local' state in the DLO Client. Other files are backed up successfully.
