Error Message
Error of "The instruction at 0x013eb570 referenced memory at 0x00000030. The memory could not be read.
Resolution
Workarounds:
- Backup the server using no encryption and restore using SDR.
- Backup the server using software encryption and restore using SDR.
- Restore the server from the hardware encrypted tapes using an agent based manual disaster recovery. The steps for this procedure can be found in the following article: https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.000020082

There are currently no plans to address this issue by way of a patch or hotfix in the current or previous versions of the software at the present time. This issue may be resolved in a future major revision of the software at a later time. However, this particular issue is not currently scheduled for any release. Issue/Introduction
Error "The instruction at 0x013eb570 referenced memory at 0x00000030. The memory could not be read" is received when restoring a server using Backup Exec Simplified Disaster Recovery (SDR). The error is seen when the backup and volume being restored spans across multiple tapes and hardware encryption is used.
