Unable to delete Dedupe Storage Location after all users are migrated out

Could not delete Dedupe storage location. Dedupe Location does not exist or Dedupe Storage location is in use
Cause
Although all users have been successfully migrated out of the old Dedupe Storage Location, Hash entries may still exist in the Dedupe Database referencing that Storage Location, prevent that being deleted.

Issue/Introduction
Attempts to delete an older Dedupe Storage Location, that has been used previously, but all user have now been migrated out to another Storage Location, may generate the error below;
