Error- Errorcode = 3970107346, Error Description= Error ECA307D2: Failed to open (mount or apply) the WIM file in the Veritas System Recovery Disk modification staging area. The Microsoft platform code is %1.

Cause
This issue was caused due to a conflict with Webroot AntiVirus software. Creation of SRD was successful after uninstalling Webroot AntiVirus.
Resolution
Uninstall Webroot AntiVirus and reboot machine. Then try SRD creation again.
Note: It is possible that the same issue may be seen with other 3rd party AntiVirus software. However, at the time of publication, the issue has only been seen with Webroot.
