Resolution
1. From the below path, update the EdgeServer.ini file with the IP address through which Edge Server should connect.
\DLOAgent\Certificates
Note: If there are two IP addresses, then change to single IP address.
2. In the certificate folders of DLOagent.zip folder, update the EdgeServer.ini file with the IP address through which Edge Server should connect.

3. Navigate to Apache Server install path to access httpd.conf file.
4. Update the below entries in httpd.conf file with the IP address of the Edge Server.
Path: C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Apache24\Conf
ServerName 172.28.16.33
5. Now, restart the Veritas DLO Edge Server service.
Note: If there are two IP addresses, then change to single IP address.

Issue/Introduction
When more than one network adapters exist on DLO (Desktop and Laptop Option) Server, the Edge Sever configuration files are getting updated with incorrect adapter settings.
