This issue has been addressed in later versions of DLO

Issue/Introduction

When launching the DLO Agent while not connected to the corporate network a Backup over Internet (BOI) logon window will appear.

This appears even if BOI has not been configured in the Profile that the user is in.

There are 3 scenarios where it is normal to get this prompt:

This prompt will appear in below cases:
  • When BOI is enabled in profile and DLO Agent is outside the network. : Expected
  • When BOI is enabled in profile and DLO Agent is within the network but some of the services are down. : Expected
  • When BOI is enabled\disabled in profile, first time launch of the client and when client is not able to communicate to server. : Expected
The prompt should not appear in the below case:
  • When BOI is disabled, not the first launch of client but not able to communicate to server. : Not Expected
