Error Details EC8F1F5B: External copy of Azure job can not be created.
Error EC8F1F5D: Can not create external copy //Azure:azure:azure.com/test02/WIN-K1MSDO51STH_E_Drive002.v2i.
Error E0C20001: Error EBAB03F1: The following operating system error occurred when the requested operation was performed: 'Unspecified error.' (UMI: V-281-3215-8027)

Cause
Veritas System Recovery OpenStorage plug-in does not accept special or localized characters.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, perform the following steps:
- When you define a backup job, on the Backup Destinations panel, click the Customize Recovery Point File Names link.
- In the Customize Recovery Point File Names dialog box, click Rename.
- In the File name field, remove special or localized characters and click OK.
Issue/Introduction
If a recovery point file name has special or localized characters, upload of the offsite copy to Amazon S3 or Microsoft Azure fails in Veritas System Recovery.
