Job status – Ready; No Writable idle devices are available
Resolution
Oracle supports multi-stream jobs so when the job is targeted to the Robotic library all the drives are marked in use with consideration that multi-stream job would utilize the drive(s) hence it is unable to run any other jobs.
This is by Design.
WORKAROUND :
Run Oracle backup one at a time after other backups have been completed.
