Cause

DLO fails to recognize the Outlook version because Visual C++ Redistributable 2010 (64 bit) is not installed. Hence, the upgrade of DLO Desktop Agent fails.

Resolution

To resolve this issue:
1. Install Visual C++ Redistributable 2010 (64 bit).
2. Pull install the Desktop Agent from the DLO Server machine.

Issue/Introduction

Desktop and Laptop Option (DLO) right-click on client in Admin Console to upgrade or Command Line Upgrade of the DLO Desktop Agent fails when Microsoft Outlook 2016 x64 bit is installed.
