Resolution
To resolve this issue:
- Install Visual C++ Redistributable 2015 (64 bit) on Desktop Agent machine.
- Exit and launch the DLO Desktop Agent.

Issue/Introduction
When Desktop and Laptop Option (DLO) Agent is launched on the machines having Microsoft Outlook 2016, a pop up message is seen as shown below.
On attempting backups of configured PST files, the error message "Invalid PST file" is seen, as DLO Desktop Agent does not recognize Outlook 2016 as the default mail client.
This issue occurs only on Desktop Agent machines having Outlook 2016 x64bit.
