Error Message
V-79-57344-4099 - The job failed because Backup Exec could not find the required information in the Remote Agent Utility. Run the Remote Agent Utility and check that the appropriate information has been entered.
Cause
This would occur when the following conditions are met:
- Backup Exec version 2012 or above.
- Oracle server has two or more instances.
- Some oracle instances is not registered to Oracle tab in Remote Agent Utility.
- Oracle Agent dynamic inclusion is enabled in the backup selection list. (Figure 2)

Resolution
Select the only specified oracle instances registered to Remote Agent Utility in the backup selection list. (Figure 3)
