Unable to establish trust with remote server.
Cause
Domain controller security policies require additional permissions.
Resolution
1. On the Domain Controller go to Start | Run type GPMC.msc
2. Expand the Group Policy Management | Domain tree and right click on Default Domain Policy | Edit...
3. This will open Group Policy Management Editor
4. Expand Computer Configuration | Policies | Windows Settings | Security Settings | Local Policies | User Rights Assignment
5. In the details pane, double-click Log on as batch job.

3. This will open Group Policy Management Editor
4. Expand Computer Configuration | Policies | Windows Settings | Security Settings | Local Policies | User Rights Assignment
5. In the details pane, double-click Log on as batch job.
6. Click Add User or Group, and then add the appropriate BESA account.
7. On Windows Server 2008 click Start | Run and type in gpupdate /force (this will update the group policy).
8. Restart Backup Exec services on Media server( Click on Tools | Backup exec services | Restart all services).

Also make sure the Backup Exec Service account is a member of the Backup Operators and Domain Admins groups.
