Cause
Connecting remotely to the agent system through the standalone console/UI of a remote computer.
Resolution
"Backup selected Files and Folders" option must be performed at the local machine.
Note: The option to "Backup selected Files and folders" will be unavailable (grayed out) if the computer(s) is being managed remotely.
This option is not available while remotely managing computers.
