By default the Incremental/Differential backup would try to get delegated on the same server where the corresponding full backup had run. So in this case if by any chance one of the MMS ran all Fulls then the Incrementals would try to use the same MMS server to execute the Incremental/Differential backups. In case the Tape Library or storage device is not available the Incremental/Differential job will show the above status.

Rerun the Full Backup so that the Jobs are properly distributed between the MMS server or Media Server Pool. Ensure the Backup Storage destination and servers part of the media server pool are available for the job to get delegated on them. This Issue would be caused if one or more of the Managed servers or destination storage where the job is intended to go to are unavailable and during that time the fulls ran on a specific MMS server or it could be CAS as well, then the corresponding Incrementals and Differentials would try to run on the same machine and would cause the above Issue.
