Windows could not PARSE or process the unattended answer file for pass [specialize] The setting specified in the answer file could not be applied. The error was detected while processing settings for components [Microsoft - windows-shell-Setup]
Cause
The Unattend.xml file has the wrong product key.
Resolution
Boot up into the SDR to modify the Unattend.xml file, and rerun the mini-setup wizard by setting HKLM\System\Setup\Status\ChildCompletion to 3.
Issue/Introduction
After SDR (Simplified Disaster Recovery) completion & reboot of server, setup fails during applying system settings.
