Failed to create user share for '\\
The DLOadminsvcu log displays the following error: "Could not load the DLL XPDLOShareu.dll"
Cause
The file XPDLOShareu.dll is not present in the Binn folder in the default path for the SQL instance for DLO (For example: C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.1\MSSQL\Binn\), but was present in C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL$DLO\MSSQL\Binn\
Resolution
Copy XPDLOShareu.dll to the Binn folder that corresponds to the correct SQL instance for DLO.
Restart the DLO services and you should then be able to create new users in DLO.
