The Desktop and Laptop Option (DLO) Agent is not backing up all the folders under the DLO backup selections.

DLO uses the NTFS Change Journal to determine what files need to be backed up.
Issues such as this are most likely issues with the File System and a "CHKDSK /F" should be run to help resolve this type of issue.
Issue/Introduction
Desktop and Laptop Option (DLO) Agent is not backing up all the folders under the DLO backup selections.
If a new file is added to the folder, the rest of the files will start to backup.
