Error E4BD0012: An interaction with the catalog's database layer failed unexpectedly
Cause
The issue is due to corruption on the backup destination or within the backup schedule or history.
Resolution
1. Create a new subfolder on the backup destination.
2. Edit the destination in the backup job to point to the new destination folder.
3. Run the backup job.
