Error Message

0xe0000363 - The Backup Exec SQL Agent was not used to create the last full, differential, or log backup of this database.

This is caused by the Backup Exec database performing database maintenance, which performs a database backup of the database, in between a Full backup and a differential or log backup.

NOTE : Database Maintenance runs at 4:00 AM every day by default.  This can be confirmed by Checking the settings in Tools | Options | Database Maintenance. 

Perform only one of the following:

1. Run only Full SQL Agent backups of the Backup Exec database.

or

2. Remove the SQL Agent Backup selection of the Backup Exec Database from all backups and backup the bedb.bak file from the Data folder in the installation directory of Backup Exec
(e.g. C:\Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec\Data)

Note: The bedb.bak file is the database dump that is created during every Database Maintenance period. Also the BEDB database has a simple recovery model which doesn't allow to perform the Log backup
