V-79-57344-65297 - 0xe000ff11 A communications failure has occurred
Cause
There is a mismatch in DNS ( /etc/resolv.conf file )
Resolution
1) Attempt to telnet at port 10000
a) If there is a communication error, then disable iptables
b) If there is no communication error, continue with step 2 below.
2) Uninstall the Ralus agent
3) Reinstall the agent. This will re-write the /etc/resolv.conf file with current DNS properties.
Note: It won't allow a grep of the system information during the installation of an agent
4) Check the /etc/hosts file and compare the DNS entry with /etc/resolv.conf file. If both are different, then enter the correct entry in resolv.conf file
