V-79-57344-38260 - 0xe0009574 - Unable to create a snapshot of the virtual machine. The virtual machine may be too busy to quiesce to take the snapshot.

Cause
This error may occur if the account used for the backup does not have enough permission to transport a snapshot.
This error may also occur if the vStorage APIs are not installed on the vCenter / ESX server.
Resolution
1. Verify that the account used for backup has the proper permissions in vCenter / ESX and on the Backup Exec server.
2. Verify that the vStorage APIs are installed on the vCenter / ESX server. Use the following document to verify if the vStorage APIs are included with the existing ESX(I) / vSphere license: 100025648
If not, please contact VMWare to purchase the appropriate license.
