Resolution
To resolve this issue, perform any of the following solutions:
- From DLO Desktop Agent:

- Exit and re-launch the DLO Desktop Agent.
- From DLO Administration Console:
- On the DLO navigation bar, click Restore .
- In the Computer pane, select the required user.
- In the Backup Folder pane tree view, select the folder containing the files you want to restore.
- In the File Version pane, select the required file.
- On the selected file, right click and select Restore . The Restore dialog box appears.
- In the Restore dialog box, select Restore to an alternate computer .
- Enter the path where you want to restore or browse for the location.
- Click OK when the restore job completes.
Issue/Introduction
Whenever DLO Desktop Agent is launched and the configured PST file is backed up and restored, PST restores are either failing with file seek failed error or PST is restored partially with an error. This problem occurs on machines with Windows 10 operating system.
