SreEula.exe - System Error

The program can't start because oledlg.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

Cause

This issue has been seen when the recovery disk (SRD) was created on a system that had McAfee VirusScan Enterprise installed and active.

Resolution

  1. Temporarily disable McAfee VirusScan (disable the on-access scanner)
  2. Re-create the SRD
  3. Re-enable McAfee VirusScan once SRD creation is complete
