Error Message
"Ready; No Media Servers are available" OR "Ready; Storage has not been configured for the backup exec server"
A tracer and/or pvlsvr console debug output will produce the following information:

PVLSVR: [12/05/08 12:04:23] [0332] DeviceIo: SCSI: ASCQ CLEANING_CARTRIDGE_INSTALLED
Cause
The issue may occur when cleaning media is in the tape drive and no other drives are available to perform the inventory and/or backup job.
Resolution
1. Verify a cleaning tape or any other tape is not in the tape drive.
2. Disable and delete the tape drive, restart services for Backup Exec. Then check if the tape drive is visible under the devices tab.
3. Try to run a backup job.
4. If there is no cleaning media in the tape drive then contact the hardware manufacturer to resolve.
