Error Message
V-139-52224-100 or V-138-52224-100 Unable to connect to media server.
Failed to load configuration settings.
DLO client would fail to connect to the Media server with an error as shown in Figure 1.

Cause
DLO clients connect to the DLO database using Named Pipes. If for some reason the Named Pipes is not enabled or the path for the connection is not correct the above error would occur.
Resolution
Check the path for Named Pipes and make sure it's pointing to correct instance of SQL as shown in Figure 2.
