Resolution

  1. Reset the password of the System Logon Account from Active Directory.
  2. If the password was changed in Active Directory, change the password accordingly in Backup Exec the following way:
    • Select "Network | Logon Accounts" Highlight the account System Logon Account
    • Select "Edit" Select "Change Password" and enter the new password under "Password" and "Confirm"
  3. Run the backup job again
