Cause

If "Delete aged Data" is selected as part of the Database Maintenance in "tools > options" and the job history is not being deleted according to the settings, there may be an issue with certain job histories.

Resolution

1. First, try removing the job history; From the Job Monitor screen, select the job history (or group) to delete, right click and select delete

2. If this works OK, clear out the job history up until the number of days specified in the database maintenance settings (Tools > Options > Database Maintenance)

3. Run the scheduled BEDB maintenance


*If there are any issues when trying to delete the job history, please contact support to have them manually removed*
