Cause
The Backup Exec Remote Agent Service is not using the Local System Account as the log on account on the server where the pre or post script is supposed to run.
Resolution
1.Click Start>Run>Type Services.msc. This will open up the Services console.
2.Right click Backup Exec Remote Agent For Windows Servers>click properties>click on Log On Tab and select Local System Account as the log on account.
The Backup Exec Remote Agent For Windows Servers should always use Local System Account as the log on account regardless of whether Pre/Post commands are used in the backup job.
