Error Message
An error was encountered while attempting to browse the contents of LINUXBOX.CORP.companydom.com. The media server could not connect to the remote computer. The remote computer may not be running the BE RALUS. Make sure the correct version of the Remote Agent is installed and running on the target computer.

Cause
If RALUS is installed on the Linux server, this error can occur if the RALUS daemon is in a stopped state.
Resolution
On the Linux Server perform the following: (Case Sensitive)
1. Type: cd /opt/VRTSralus/bin
2. Type: ./VRTSralus.init start
Check the Backup Selections on the Media Server for connectivity.
Issue/Introduction
When attempting to expand the Backup Selections of a Linux server that is known to have the Remote Agent for Linux and Unix Servers (RALUS) installed the below error is displayed.
