Unable to configure the Desktop Agent on computer for user . Error: failed to get SID for user :0
Cause
This error happens after changing the computer name. In this scenario, when the DLO Desktop Agent is launched it prompts for the old user name and password.
Resolution
1. Delete the user from the DLO Console and restart all DLO services.
2. Add the user again
3. The DLO Desktop Agent will need to be uninstalled and reinstalled on the problem client machine
