Failed to load configuration settings
Cause
This above error is generally caused by Database References that do not contain the correct information or a lack of SQL Database rights to Open, Query, and Write to the DLO Database. Perform the following solutions to either resolve or diagnose the cause of the issue.
Resolution
- First follow this article https://www.veritas.com/docs/000033946 to make sure that all the settings on the client workstation is properly configured.
- If the step 1 doesn't fix the issue, run MDAC (Microsoft Data Access Components ) Component Checker to check for any mismatches.
- If the mismatches are found run repair of MDAC.
