Error Message
Backup - Network user data folder storage limit has been reached. There is insufficient disk space to back up file 'c:\documents and settings\User\my documents\User.pst'.
Cause
Backup using DLO fails with the above mentioned error message if the specified disk storage limit was reached when trying to add a new revision to the network user data folder.
Resolution
To resolve the issue perform either of the following:
A. Edit the DLO User profile settings as follows:
1. On the DLO navigation bar, click Setup.
2. In the Settings pane, click Profiles.
3. Select the desired profile and right-click on it. Select Properties.
4. Deselect the option " Limit network user data folder to" under the Storage Limits in the profile the option (Figure 1)

B. Increase the amount of disk space used for storing backup files in the network user data folder.
