Cause
This error is caused when the DLO Agent is unable to backup a file that is corrupt or is a 0 byte file.
Resolution
Try to open the particular file by double clicking on it from User's computer, if the file cannot be opened, it could be corrupt and may not get backed up. Also check if it is a temp file or a 0 byte file, such temp or 0 byte file can be delete. If file is important but corrupt, move the file out of the backup selection and run the backup job again.
