Error Message
Desktop user data folder storage limit has been reached. There is insufficient disk space to back up file 'c:\documents and settings\User\my documents\User.pst'. The file will be copied directly to the network user data folder.
Cause
Backup using DLO fails with the above mentioned error message if under the Storage Limits in the profile the option "Limit desktop user data folder to" is selected as shown in Figure 1 and the desktop user data folder space limit is reached.

Resolution
To resolve the issue edit the Profile to either
A) Deselect the option "Limit desktop user data folder to"
OR
B) Increase the amount of disk space used for storing backup files in the desktop user data folder.
