How to start the Backup Exec Hot-Swappable Device wizard

1. Click on Storage tab --> Configure Storage.
2. Select Tape Storage --> Click Next.
3. Select Run the Hot-Swappable Device wizard.
There are times when it may be necessary to run the Hot-Swappable Device Wizard when Backup Exec (tm) cannot be opened.
To run the Hot-Swappable Device Wizard from Windows Explorer:
1. Open Windows Explorer
2. Browse to the Backup Exec installation directory.
By default the directory is \Program Files\Veritas\Backup Exec\
3. Locate and double-click hotswap.exe (Figure 1)
