SGMON debug shows the following errors:

Resolution
The following TCP and UDP ports should be open for configuring the OST device.
INBOUND (From the OST appliance to the backup server)
---------------
TCP - 111, 139, 2049, 2051, 2052
UDP - 111, 137, 138
OUTBOUND (From the backup server to the OST appliance)
----------------
TCP - 2051
Note: In case if the above solution does not work, EMC supports needs to be involved.
Issue/Introduction
While trying to configure an EMC Data Domain device as an OST storage device in Backup Exec, the following error is reported:
Error - BEMSDK Failure Code: A0009B2
