Cannot convert image file.EBAB03EE: Operating System API Target_HIVE_SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\TapiSrv failed.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, use the Veritas System Recovery Disk (SRD) to restore the Windows Server Core operating system. If the error is not resolved even on SRD, contact Arctera technical support.
