This is a known bug at present with Oracle. There is no workaround available at present. Oracle Internal Bug ID reference 20593745.

Issue/Introduction
When you try to perform a point-in-time recovery of a pluggable database on an Oracle database 12c RAC on Windows, the recovery fails with errors.
This issue occurs when Oracle tries to clean up the Auxiliary Instance created during recovery. Oracle Auxiliary Instance crashes during the clean-up and the restore job fails.
